Meet Rebecca
M.A., Licensed Professional Counselor
My name is Rebecca, but you can call me Becky.
I believe everyone has a story to share that makes them beautifully unique. Experiences can shape who we believe ourselves to be without us even realizing the impact of it all, often skewing our perceptions of our true self. Our situations and our relationships can also leave us feeling hurt, disappointed, afraid, angry, confused, out of control, unmotivated, and so much more. I understand how frustrating, difficult, and uncomfortable it is to feel conflicting emotions simultaneously. We can work together to process, regulate, and build a better understanding of yourself and others. I absolutely enjoy working with people of all walks of life to help build mindfulness, a deeper sense of self, and clarity and peace amid whatever issues you may be facing.
I have had the privilege of working in various settings as a counselor within private practices, non-profits, and church counseling centers and have experience working with a range of clients - from children, adolescents, young adults, to engaged and married couples. I currently specialize in working with women, adolescents (18+), couples, and families.
